ACT Consult has a long advisory and consultancy tradition. Since 1986 we have been known under the name ACT Consult. We are named after the originally founders - Anders, Claus and Tommy.

ACT Consult has core competency in designing effective organization. We analyze and from the analysis we optimize the necessary change management strategy to reach the optimal organizational design. We have a special profound knowledge of healthcare organizations.

ACT Consult is a solution provider for integration of individual software used in the companies into a full scale MIS (Management Information Systems). Our management information systems also integrate knowledge- and natural resource management. The knowledge management modules account for the intellectual capital, thus facilitate organizational learning. Natural resources management facilitates ecological accounting.

ACT Consult has specialized in Intranet solutions. We provide our customers with a leading edge in value-based knowledge management by implementing data warehouse and data mining techniques to organize access and analyze corporate data. The key enabling technology is On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP).

ACT Consult offers Extranet and Internet solutions as an integrated part of the customers' Intranet solutions accentuating the organizational lead based on an optimal intranet solution. ACT Consult’s Total supplier concept is based on a backbone of products from Microsoft, IBM, HP, Fujitsu-Siemens and Toshiba and we always make a very thoroughly testing in-house ourselves before installing the application at the customer’s site. 

Optimizing hardware as well as software, to reduce the risk of down time to an absolutely minimum, and security is essential to us. We believe in vertical integration and deliver software, hardware and service as one solution. One expert from Act Consult is responsible for the entire project, that's our customer's contact person.    

ACT Consult offers costume build solution in database design and programming (DBS®, Oracle®, MySQL®, MS-SQL®, and MS-Access®). We have extensive expertise in the statistical field and offer in depth work through of statistical problems and applications build in SPSS® and SAS®. We take pride in delivering simple to use data warehouse solution. Our knowledge in database and statistical expertise makes us the ideal partner during development of major clinical trial projects.

ACT Consult graphical team members have specialized in animation using 3DMAX and Soft Image. In their "spare time" they are very active producing add-ons to many different entertainment software.

ACT Consult programmer team members are the backbone in building the tools necessary for the success of full fledge integration of varies software. The team has over the past decade attained considerable knowledge and expertise in building various types of expert systems.

ACT Consult has specialized in seminars dealing with central issues in building a competitive knowledge based organization. The core competency deals with the change in management strategy and organizational changes (change agents) when new IT-technology is introduced into an organization. Our seminars build on our CPT concept ^©, (Consultants, Project managers or Total suppliers) allow us to tailor the content to our customer's need. Our own ACT-system® (Advanced Course Tools-system) is used on all our seminars.
